Production Details Produced from fully ripened Muscat Blanc grapes grown at Tappa Pass in Eden Valley; cool fermentation was used to preserve floral aromas and delicate flavours.
Tasting Notes Pale straw with green-gold hues; lychee, mandarin peel, toffee apple, orange blossom, rose petal, frangipani, musk stick and clove aromas; a succulent palate of lychee, paw paw and toffee apple with spice, fine acidity, and a long, clean, textured, luscious finish.
Food Pairing Pink grapefruit sorbet, citrus salad and lime sauce.
