Production Details 100% Nebbiolo vines planted in 2003 on rocky soils at the source of North Para River, overlooking Eden Valley village. Fermented on skins for 5 months. Matured in 100% seasoned French oak hogsheads for 11 months prior to blending and bottling. First produced in 2010. Named after Roesler family who managed property as dairy for generations (occupational name for rose grower in German).
