Production Details Fruit came from Elderton's long-used Craneford vineyard and a small neighboring Chardonnay parcel near the newly acquired Mengler Hill vineyard; the two batches were harvested one week apart in the cool morning.
Tasting Notes Pale green-straw; vibrant citrus, stone fruit, cashew, almond meal and flint aromas; juicy lime curd, subtle stone fruit, lively acidity, crème brûlée, spice and toast; elegant, driven and focused.
Food Pairing Roast chicken with lemon and thyme; mushroom risotto; or creamy pasta with bacon and mushrooms.
