Production Details Fruit sourced from Yarra Valley, Victoria; the early, compressed season had warm, dry spring and summer conditions, while cool nights preserved freshness and natural acidity.
Tasting Notes Very pale straw with a bright lime-green hue; creamy cashew, pistachio, nougat, chamomile, lemongrass, finger lime, kaffir lime leaf and Nashi pear aromas; white peach, gold kiwi fruit, lemon-lime, white chocolate and baked green apple on a creamy, softly acidic, phenolic and persistent palate.
