Tasting Notes Deep crimson to opaque aubergine-black colour; blackberry, blueberry, mulberry, black plum, graphite, sandalwood, liquorice, dark cocoa and forest-floor notes; plush, dense and textured, with soft rounded tannins and a long finish.
Food Pairing Texas BBQ rib or steak; serve at 16°C/55°F.
