Tasting Notes Medium youthful red; bright, pure red fruit led by cherry, with spicy lift; fleshy blue fruit and earthy, savoury notes; medium weight with savoury tannins.
Food Pairing Tapas and grazing foods, including duck rillettes, ripe white-mould cheeses and crusty baguette.
