Production Details Fermented through the historic 1888 Gravity Cellar; gravity moved the fruit through the hillside winery for gentle extraction of colour, flavour and tannin.
Tasting Notes Deep ruby red; rich dark fruits, prune, boot polish, tar, cinnamon, anise and ironstone dust; full-bodied, with a long, richly flavoured palate and energetic tannin drive.
Food Pairing Lamb and black olive pie; roast leg of lamb with rosemary and garlic.
