Production Details Fruit from Indigo Vineyard was machine harvested during the cool of night, pressed at nearby Oxley, and the settled juice transported to the Hunter Valley for fermentation. The growing season was exceptionally dry, with low crops, a warm dry summer, necessary irrigation, rapid ripening, excellent fruit condition, and harvest in clear weather at optimal ripeness.
Tasting Notes Youthful yellow-green; pear, ginger and white florals on the nose; nashi pear and beeswax on the palate; crisp acidity, excellent fruit weight and phenolic texture from skin contact.
