Production Details The Shiraz grapes are harvested earlier than most in the region to obtain spicier flavours, a softer mouthfeel, and slightly lower alcohol.
Tasting Notes Deep red; cassis, blackcurrant, dark plum, dark chocolate, dried sage, olive tapenade and vanilla cream; soft, plush and powerful palate with blueberry, dark cherry, espresso, baking spices and Black Forest cake, finishing with rustic/garagiste tannins.
