Production Details Freshly destemmed old-vine Mataro juice was bled off after limited skin contact.
Tasting Notes Pale salmon with rosewater hues; strawberry, lilac petals, fresh white peach juice, rosewater, watermelon, Turkish delight, savoury charcuterie and dried Provençal herbs; fresh, very dry and zingy, with medium body and cleansing acidity.
