Production Details Shiraz was co-fermented with Roussanne skins; grapes were hand-harvested and underwent extended maceration followed by basket pressing.
Tasting Notes Deep purple-to-black core; fresh blueberry, crushed mulberry, black plum, cocoa, tar, fresh tobacco, roasted espresso grounds, cardamom spice and graphite; full-bodied, with soft velvety tannins, firm acidity and generous fruit.
Food Pairing Spicy curry, including lamb tandoor or beef rendang; serve at 16°C.
