Tasting Notes Deep crimson with a vibrant purple rim; satsuma plum, blue and red berries, dusty cedar, ripe plum, dark red fruits, creamy milk-chocolate-and-raspberry notes, silky tannins, and a long savoury finish.
Food Pairing Chargrilled meats and vegetables; or charcoal-roasted Abrolhos Island scallops with yuzu beurre blanc and fresh chives.
