Tasting Notes Deep olive-brown with a yellow-green edge; vibrant and lifted, with vanillin, toast, espresso, burnt toffee, bittersweet dark chocolate and Christmas pudding; silky, luscious and concentrated, with mocha, toffee, chocolate, fig paste, panforte, salted plum and European-spiced fruit compote, balanced by mouth-watering acidity and a lingering finish.
