Production Details Barossa Valley Shiraz; an early, generally dry season produced an early harvest, with most Shiraz picked by mid-March.
Tasting Notes Dark red with a vivid purple rim; blackberry, violets, lavender, dark chocolate, roasted coffee, Brazil nut, pecan, bresaola, olives, walnut and mahogany aromas; red and black fruits, cranberry, mulberry, blackcurrant, fennel, dried fig, pâté, olive tapenade, salsa verde and espresso liqueur on a succulent, velvety palate with mouth-coating tannins.
