Production Details Good autumn rainfall and sporadic spring rain supported above-average fruit set and maintained soil moisture into summer. Cooler-than-average summer temperatures enabled even ripening, slow maturation, phenolic ripeness and colour; extreme heat events were avoided and fruit arrived at harvest in ideal condition.
Tasting Notes Deep dark crimson with bright purple hues; hazelnut, milk chocolate, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla and violets; sweet, lush cherry and bright raspberry with candied fruit, mint chocolate, firm long tannins and a soft, lingering finish.
