Production Details Made using the traditional Australian sparkling-red technique; the oak-aged base wine is tirage bottled, matured on lees for up to five years, and finished with a liquering dosage that contributes sweetness.
Tasting Notes Deepish burgundy colour; clean, sweet aromatic lift; fragrant red fruits and sweet spices; very fine, tongue-coating mousse; apparent sweetness balanced by evident tannins; complex character and fine bubbles.
