Production Details An early harvest following warm days and cool nights produced fruit with strong sugar–acid balance. Hand-picked, whole-bunch-pressed fruit was transferred to 35% new and 65% seasoned French-oak barriques for eight months, with partial malolactic fermentation and monthly lees stirring. The technical panel also reports TA 7.2, but supplies no unit or analytical basis, so it is not proposed as canonical total acidity.
