Production Details The varieties were picked individually at optimal ripeness and fermented cool to retain varietal expression; the wine was matured on fine lees before blending and bottling. Producer vintage rating: Excellent.
Tasting Notes Pale gold with green hues; almond blossom, honeysuckle, white nectarine, nashi pear, lemon zest, marjoram, thyme and pink peppercorn aromas; yellow nectarine, grapefruit, guava and red pear on a rich, textural palate with refreshing acidity and excellent length.
