Production Details Cool-climate Adelaide Hills fruit was picked early to retain high natural acidity; reserve wine from different vintages was used.
Tasting Notes Elegant and dry, with marzipan, biscuit, brioche, citrus, pear, green apple, lemon curd, vanilla custard, minerality, floral and toasty savoury notes; silky, creamy texture, crisp acidity and a lingering finish.
