Production Details Field blend from organically certified vineyards. At least three different varieties harvested together. Hand-picked grapes. Individual batches macerated (3 hours) and carefully pressed. Cool fermentation and maturation in stainless steel tanks on fine lees. Vintage noted as lively and finesse-rich with great potential, mixed quantities but excellent qualities.
