Production Details Current Solera 2017–2025 release: fruit comes from Gumpoldskirchen and Langenlois at 240–350 m, from 10–85-year-old Guyot-trained vines planted at 3,500–5,000 vines/ha and farmed biodynamically. Grapes are selectively hand-picked into 20 kg boxes. Fermentation is spontaneous in oak, partly with berries or mash. The wine spends four months on gross lees and two months on fine lees; vintage reserves may mature for up to three years. Sulfur is added immediately before bottling at 15 mg/L. The producer calls it a low-intervention orange wine and recommends serving at 12–14°C.
