Production Details Guyot-trained vines. The fruit was partly destemmed, with part receiving ten days on skins. After fermentation in a 3000-litre Stockinger cask, the wine spent eighteen months on fine lees. It was bottled unfiltered with no sulphur added. The producer recommends 16–18 °C and says it can keep for twenty years.
