Production Details Fruit came from higher-slope plots. Two thirds were direct-pressed; the remaining third was destemmed and fermented as whole berries in a neutral 500 L Austrian oak barrel for two weeks before pressing. After a modest élevage without bâtonnage, the wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered with no added SO2. The supplementary 2023 factsheet reports used oak, residual sugar below 1 g/L, a serving range of 9–12°C, vineyard elevation of 150–200 m and organic control code AT-BIO-402.
