Production Details No single-vineyard Riesling was produced. Hail, mice and rain from late August caused high rot and substantial fruit loss; the rescued grapes retained very high acidity. The producer combined the Riesling vineyards into one residual-sweet wine to achieve balance without deacidification or additives.
