Production Details Matured for 3½ years in a large, old oak cask; the producer recommends serving at 10–12°C. The Grillenparz terraces are at approximately 300 metres and face southeast. Nikolaihof separately vinified its parcels in 2021, and this was its first vintage bottled as the named Grillenparz single-vineyard wine.
