Production Details Fruit was hand harvested, with green harvesting if necessary, and selectively harvested without sorting tables; the sweet-wine yield was described qualitatively as very small and limited to selected botrytised grapes. Planting density is 4,000–6,000 vines/ha with 1.80–2.50 m row spacing and modified Moser training. Fermentation used cultured and natural yeasts for a variable duration at 22–25°C. The wine received no bâtonnage, was racked twice, filtered, described as receiving no blending, and bottle-aged for one month before a September release. Vineyard elevation spans 220–360 m.
Tasting Notes Opulent, indulgent dessert wine made from heavily desiccated, botrytised fruit
