Production Details Production was 35 cases. Fruit was selectively hand-harvested from vineyards at 220–240 m; training was modified Moser at 3,500–4,000 vines/ha with 2.40–2.80 m row spacing. The sheet reports rare green harvesting, no sorting table, no destemming, whole-bunch skin contact and pneumatic pressing. Fermentation used cultured and natural yeast in 50–500 L glass balloons and stainless-steel tanks at 22–25°C; the importer newsletter specifies 10–20 days. There was no malolactic fermentation or bâtonnage; the wine was racked twice and filtered. It received one month of bottle maturation before September release. The sheet describes grapes from different vineyards but later states no blending/single-vineyard wines, an unresolved internal contradiction. David Schildknecht/Vinous rated it 94–95 points.
