The wine matured for 18 months on fine lees in small wooden barrels. A second exact-vintage vendor recommends serving at 7–9°C and lists acidity as “6.4 g Säure” without an explicit per-litre denominator or acid-equivalent basis, so that acidity observation is not promoted to total_acidity_gl.

Production Details The vineyards were sustainably and increasingly organically farmed without insecticides or herbicides, and the grapes were hand-picked. The official English sheet is internally inconsistent about vessels: it first says the must underwent temperature-controlled fermentation and fine-lees aging in stainless-steel tanks, but then says that after six hours of maceration it fermented spontaneously in a used 300 L French-oak barrel and spent 18 months on lees in small wooden barrels. The conflicting vessel descriptions are therefore not emitted as a settled fermentation_vessels claim.
