Production Details Hand-harvested grapes were destemmed and crushed, then underwent classical mash fermentation with 15% juice extraction for several days. Malolactic fermentation and maturation followed in large wooden casks. The sheet separately prints acidity as 5.6% without identifying an acid-equivalent basis; that figure is therefore retained here as printed and not normalized to total_acidity_gl.
Tasting Notes Medium ruby red with intense purple highlights; wild strawberry, blackberry, forest soil, clove and black pepper; medium-bodied and elegant, with mouth-watering acidity and soft tannin
Food Pairing Pasta, pizza or beef
