Production Details The organically farmed vineyards have permanent ground cover and receive biodynamic permanent compost. Grapes were selectively hand-picked at ideal ripeness, rigorously sorted, pressed in pneumatic tank presses, fermented under controlled conditions and matured in stainless-steel tanks. The vintage experienced May frost and hail, June heat, a cool wet July, ideal August conditions and intermittent rain during harvest. The producer-linked e-label additionally lists tartaric acid as an acidity regulator and states that the wine was bottled under protective atmosphere.
