Production Details The vineyards are farmed sustainably, increasingly organically, and without insecticides or herbicides. The producer describes a very early harvest on 3 September 2024; because Kellerberg Riesling was hand-picked in several strict-selection passes, the sheet does not establish that date as the entire picking window. The grapes received several hours of skin maceration, followed by partly spontaneous fermentation in stainless-steel tanks. After initial stainless-steel maturation, the wine spent a few months in large wooden casks and was bottled late, after summer. The linked vineyard description places Kellerberg generally between 200 and 340 metres, but does not specify the exact parcels or elevation range used for this bottling.

Production Details Kellerberg Riesling was hand-picked in several passes with strict selection. After several hours of skin maceration, fermentation took place partly spontaneously in stainless-steel tanks and large wooden casks. Following initial stainless-steel storage, the wine matured for several months in a large wooden storage cask. The producer notes that the steep dry-stone terraces and poor soil, workable only by hand, reduce yield, but gives no wine-specific numeric yield.
