Production Details Handpicked in several turns. Several hours maceration on skins. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Initial aging in stainless steel, then aged in large wooden casks for a few months. Sustainable farming with increasing organic practices, no insecticides or herbicides. Approximately 4.5 hectares managed by Domäne Wachau within 11-hectare vineyard.
