Production Details The vineyards are farmed sustainably and increasingly according to organic principles, without insecticides or herbicides. Selectively hand-harvested, completely healthy fruit underwent a short maceration and controlled fermentation, followed by maturation in stainless steel and some time on fine lees before bottling. The Loibenberg terraces reach up to 420 m; this is an upper site bound, not an exact parcel elevation. The producer-linked e-label lists grapes, malic and tartaric acids as acidity regulators, carboxymethylcellulose as stabilizer and sulfites as preservative; the wine was bottled under protective atmosphere. E-label nutrition per 100 mL is 312 kJ/75 kcal, 0.9 g carbohydrate and 0.1 g sugars.
