Production Details Selectively hand-harvested, ripe and healthy grapes were destemmed and kept on their skins for approximately two weeks before pressing. Fermentation was in stainless steel, followed by malolactic conversion in temperature-controlled rooms and approximately 12–24 months in large Austrian-oak casks, principally used oak. Vineyard elevation is 260–380 m; the finished wine is described as dry and the recommended serving range is 12–15 °C.
