Production Details Dry; matured for approximately 3 months in stainless steel. Ingredients are grapes, metatartaric acid and sulphites, and the wine was bottled under a protective atmosphere. Tasting Notes Lively, lean and juicy, with pomaceous-fruit and rhubarb notes, crisp light fruit and racy spice.
