Production Details Approximately 20–55-year-old, Guyot-trained vines; Botrytis-infected grapes and berries were carefully selected and separated in a second selection, basket pressed, fermented in small 300 L oak casks, matured for 8 months in 300 L oak barrels, and bottled in September (year not stated).
Tasting Notes Brilliant intense golden yellow with silver reflections; delicate Botrytis spice, smoky honey, baked apple, dense almost oily texture, balancing acidity and yellow tropical fruit on a long finish.
