Production Details Botrytis-infected grapes and berries were carefully selected and separated in a second selection according to Prädikat level, then basket-pressed. The vines were Guyot-trained and approximately 20–55 years old. The producer technical sheets state six months of maturation in small 300-liter oak barrels, while the current German shop text says approximately eight months; the maturation duration is therefore unresolved. The listed bottle size is 37.5 cL.
