Production Details Botrytis-infected berries and bunches were carefully selected, followed by a second selection separating Auslese, Beerenauslese and Trockenbeerenauslese material. The producer’s 2007 vintage report adds that botrytised grapes were picked separately during individual-site harvests and underwent further selection for those three categories; the estate’s overall 2007 harvest ended on 29 November, which is contextual rather than an exact picking date for this wine.
Tasting Notes Medium golden yellow; intense honey, ripe juicy pineapple and yellow peach aromas; fruit-driven palate with fully ripe tropical fruit, fine acidity and a persistent finish.
