Production Details Edition 855: grapes were crushed, macerated for 10–18 hours, basket-pressed and fermented in wooden cask without sedimentation. During three years of maturation, the wine was racked from cask to cask, separating it from the lees and clarifying it without filtration; older vintages were added for harmony.
