Production Details Non-vintage Edition 850 is a one-time multi-vintage cuvée. Component wines comprise 11% from 1970–1979, 12% from 1980–1989, 7% from 1990–1999, 37% from 2000–2009 and 33% from 2010–2017. Bottles from the monastic vinotheque were cleaned, opened and individually tasted; their lots were transferred to separate containers and subsequently blended by the cellar master into oak casks.
