Production Details Tirage 2023 release: vineyards lie at 200–300 m in Gumpoldskirchen and 300–400 m in Langenlois; stated yield is 40–50 hl/ha and cultivation is biological-organic and biological-dynamic. Grapes were selectively hand-picked into 20 kg crates. Juice settled for 36–48 hours. Spontaneous fermentation occurred at 18–22°C. The wine matured four months on full lees, then another four months on fine lees in stainless steel and wooden barrels. Bottle-lees aging was at least 30 months. SO2 addition was 15 mg/L after the first racking; recommended post-disgorgement bottle aging is 6–24 months.

Tasting Notes Tirage 2023 release: pale pink with persistent fine mousse; fresh strawberry and Bircher-muesli aromas; harmonious fruit sweetness and balanced acidity, with cherry, fig, cranberry and lemon-jelly notes; fruit-driven, refined and discreet.
