Production Details Kamptal estate-bottled wine from vines trained by Lenz Moser and Guyot at 3,000–5,000 vines/ha, cultivated biodynamically according to respekt-BIODYN. Grapes were selectively hand-harvested into 20 kg crates and whole-cluster pressed; fermentation was spontaneous with the winery's own yeasts in stainless steel. The wine matured in stainless steel on full lees until early January (3–4 months), then on fine lees until first bottling in April 2026. The producer page recommends serving at 8–10°C.
Certifications respekt-BIODYN; Lacon Institut (AT-BIO-402)
Tasting Notes Golden yellow; fresh apricot, lemongrass and orange peel; apricot juice, lemon sorbet and yellow kiwi; lively acidity, minerality, delicate extract sweetness and a long, finely saline finish
