Production Details Produced from 52–90-year-old vines. Following spontaneous fermentation and 22-day maceration, the wine matured for 20 months in 500-litre barrels; the source does not identify the barrel wood species.
Tasting Notes Red berries, blackcurrant, damp forest soil and mushrooms; concentrated, smooth and structured, with lively acidity, juicy tannins, spice, berry confiture, ripe cherry and a long mineral finish.
