Production Details Hand-harvested Syrah was barely pressed, using only free-run Premier Jus without maceration, then barrel-fermented and barrel-aged. The 2024 wine was bottled only in magnum. This parcel also supplies Syrah for Felsen II, but the 2024 fruit was used to produce Balsamia Rosé.
