Production Details Good Clean Fun describes hand-harvested grapes, including around 60-year-old Grüner Veltliner and old-vine Sauvignon Blanc, gently crushed by foot and spontaneously fermented without temperature control or racking. The wine reportedly matured for roughly 10 months on raw lees in large neutral Stockinger oak foudres and was bottled unfined, unfiltered and without added sulfur.
