Production Details Handpicked fruit from hilly sites; vines are stated as 14–44 years old, planted at 4,000–6,000 vines/ha, with a stated yield of 4,000–6,000 L/ha and elevation of 135–220 m. Grapes were manually sorted. The 80% semi-carbonic portion fermented five days in steel with 0% stems, while the 20% carbonic portion fermented five days in steel with 100% stems. The wine matured for six months entirely in steel and received no added sulfur. Recommended serving temperature is 12–14 °C. Lot L-3991/25.
