Production Details Hillside vineyard at 145–170 m, planted at 5,000 vines/ha, with vines 43–58 years old and a Pannonian climate. Grapes were handpicked and manually sorted. Vinofact lists a 100% semi-carbonic, destemmed component in stainless steel for 10 days and a separate 30% whole-cluster carbonic component in an open vat for 10 days; the displayed proportions total 130% and are internally inconsistent. The wine matured for 6 months in a used 1,000-L large wooden barrel. No sulfur was added; total sulfur is reported as ≤10 mg without a per-volume basis. Recommended serving temperature is 15–17 °C, stated aging potential is high at 20 years, and the lot is L-TRI23.
