Production Details The vineyard is about 600 metres from the first Andes ridges. The 2024 harvest was mild and dry, with slow, gradual ripening and excellent grape health. Bunches were selected and directly pressed; the wine fermented with native yeasts in concrete vessels, was aged in concrete vessels, and did not undergo malolactic fermentation.
Tasting Notes Fresh, sharp, structured, balanced and elegant, with natural acidity and an austere mountain character.

Production Details The vineyard is about 600 metres from the first Andes ridges. The mild, very dry 2023 vintage produced healthy grapes but low yields following significant spring 2022 frost; harvest timing was defined site by site to retain freshness and avoid overripeness. Bunches were selected and directly pressed; the wine fermented with native yeasts in concrete vessels, was aged in concrete vessels, and did not undergo malolactic fermentation.
Tasting Notes Fresh and sharp, with purity, clarity, vibrant acidity and aromatic complexity; austere mountain character.
