Production Details Hand-harvested and grape-selected; pre-fermentation cold maceration lasted 3–7 days. Alcoholic fermentation lasted 7–12 days, followed by temperature-controlled post-fermentation maceration for 12–20 days. The wine matured for 12–16 months in French-oak barrels; apart from the stated 30% new-oak portion, the barrels were second- and third-use. Recommended serving temperature is 16–18°C.
