Production Details Selected-yeast fermentation at a maximum temperature of 28°C for 14 days. Maturation lasts 18 months in 85% French oak, of which 30% is new, and 15% new American oak.
Tasting Notes Deep ruby red; ripe red cherry, plum, blackcurrant, clove and thyme; complex and intense with soft, round, long-lingering tannins; toast and vanilla on the finish.
